Repairs
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with an Idol Eyes Australia brand product. Under the Australian Consumer Law. You certainly do have the right to receive repairs, replacements and returns. This will depend on whether the issue is major or minor and will determine the remedy.
If you have a minor problem with a product, we will then give you a free repair. We will not offer a replacement or refund. When you have a major problem with a product. And we cannot give you a free repair you will have the choice of a replacement or a refund.
Before Idol Eyes Australia accepts the goods for repair. The consumer must receive a repair notice in writing. Please do not send the goods without a repair notice. Firstly, send a photo of the problem to this email: info@idoleyes.com.au. We will then give you details, (mailing address, etc.) on how to return the product for repair. All repairs will be fixed and dispatched within 2 working days. After we receive the sunglasses.
Replacements
Please note that our sizing is accurate and very generous. We are happy to replace the sunglasses with the correct size. If you do receive sunglasses that are too big or small for your child. Note: We only accept sunglasses returned in new condition.
